The Security Foundation

With the merger of the former Domestic Security Partnership in February 2023, The Security Foundation (TSF) sponsored the Domestic Security Reception following the 2023 Domestic Security Alliance Council (DSAC) Annual Meeting. Held on May 2^nd at the JW Marriott in Washington, D.C. – also the location of the DSAC Annual Meeting – the Domestic Security Reception was attended by more than 600 public and private security leaders.

The evening included the highly anticipated DSAC Achievement Awards and a special presentation to Ron Iden, now retired as the senior vice president of global security for The Walt Disney Company, who served as co-chair of the DSAC Executive Working Group for many years. Ron, an emeritus ISF Board member, received commemorative gifts and heartfelt thanks from Ken Wainstein, Under Secretary for Intelligence and Analysis at the Department of Homeland Security, and Paul Abbate, Deputy Director, Federal Bureau of Investigation.
