PEGGY F. O’NEILL
An experienced, trusted nonprofit leader with 40+ years of nonprofit and board leadership, Peggy O’Neill has been Executive Director of The Security Foundation since 2013. She began her nonprofit management career at Whitby School in Connecticut, overhauling the school’s fiscal management. In 2007, she was named Executive Director of the Irvine Nature Center near Baltimore to lead the organization through construction of a new facility and the 2008 financial challenges to a balanced budget and transformed organization.
Her accomplishments at TSF include: creating the organizational infrastructure, operating procedures, budgets, fundraising and website and expanding board participation and committees; transforming the annual TSF Dinner and DSAC Annual Meeting and TSF Reception from small programs into premier industry events; managing the 2024 merger with the Domestic Security Partnership to expand TSF support to the Domestic Security Alliance Council (DSAC); the first-ever DEI Joint Summit in 2023 for partner organizations to begin collaborative DEI efforts; and more.

SIOBHAN CLUNE
Siobhan Clune serves as the Associate Executive Director of The Security Foundation, where she plays a central role in advancing the organization’s mission to strengthen public-private security partnerships and support U.S. security interests at home and abroad.
Siobhan oversees day-to-day operations for TSF, including oversight of organization-wide internal systems, all fundraising activities, event planning, and the management of donor databases. Since joining the Foundation in 2021 as its first Director of Development, she has brought nearly two decades of expertise in nonprofit fundraising and organizational growth to TSF.
Prior to her work at TSF, Siobhan led development programs for independent schools across Massachusetts and served as Director of Development for Cape Cod’s WE CAN Corporation, where she cultivated major donor relationships and drove sustainable fundraising initiatives. Her leadership in the nonprofit sector was recognized with the Cape and Plymouth Business “40 Under 40” Award in 2016, and she has been invited to present at national professional conferences on advancement and development best practices.
Siobhan’s commitment to fostering collaborative, mission-driven work helps TSF expand its impact across programs that support both international and domestic security partnerships, grantmaking for smaller security-focused nonprofits, and high-profile industry events that connect security professionals across sectors.

CARLY COATY
Carly Coaty oversees TSF’s program initiatives, including oversight of its diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) work in collaboration with the DEI Summit Group of public and private sector nonprofits and organizations. She joined TSF in May 2023 as its first Director of Programs and also manages the TSF Nonprofit Grants Program.
A former OSAC Program Manager, Coaty managed OSAC Common Interest Committees, the Faith-Based Sector Committee, Pan-Asia Regional Committee, and more than 30 Country Chapters in East Asia and the Pacific. She is a talented event planner who led planning for OSAC’s 2023 Travel Safety & Security topical forum. Prior program management experience encompasses Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Program Executive Office USC, The Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, and the U.S. House of Representatives.

ALYSSA MOLINO
Alyssa Molino serves as the Director of Marketing & Communications for The Security Foundation, where she leads strategic communications and engagement efforts that support TSF’s mission to strengthen public-private security partnerships and advance U.S. security interests.
She oversees TSF’s marketing and communications strategy, including digital engagement, content development, donor and partner communications, event promotion, and brand management. Alyssa works across TSF programs to ensure clear, consistent messaging that supports fundraising initiatives, strengthens stakeholder relationships, and elevates awareness of the Foundation’s impact.
Alyssa brings more than a decade of experience in integrated marketing strategy, communications, and data-driven audience engagement. Prior to joining TSF, she led marketing and growth initiatives across various sectors, specializing in building measurable engagement strategies that expand organizational visibility.
She is passionate about helping mission-driven organizations communicate their impact and build meaningful connections across the security community.

EVELYN NASTOS
Evelyn Nastos brings over 25 years of bookkeeping and management experience to TSF. She has worked at nonprofits such as the Irvine Nature Center near Baltimore and finds working in the nonprofit sector to be the most rewarding and enjoys collaborating with the close-knit team at TSF. By assisting in furthering public-private relationships, Evelyn feels a great sense of accomplishment and satisfaction.

JULIE BENNETT
Julie Bennett brings over 20 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, donor, sponsor and community outreach, event planning and management for The One Love Foundation, Irvine Natural Science Center, The Commit Foundation, The Land Preservation and Paul’s Place. Her expertise with a broad range of missions and functions gives her the unique ability to look for resolution well beyond any one organization’s typical horizon.
Since 2013, she has overseen all special event details for the annual TSF Dinner, now recognized among the security industry’s premier networking events. In 2024, she was named TSF’s Fundraising Coordinator.
